I hope all of you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. There's nothing like good old BBQ, especially in Texas. We enjoyed BBQ ribs. It was so tender, it just fell off the bone when you picked one up. Along with some beans, cole slaw, potato salad and some good music from back in the day....Man, what else could you ask for? Rain was in the forecast for us in north Texas, but, as usual, the weatherman got it wrong. I pray that everyone made it back home safely. No news to report, so I guess we are all doing fine.
